September brings us into the power of one.
As the ninth month of a one universal year, September mirrors the energy of 2026 and brings so much of what we’ve been moving through this year into focus. The seemingly disconnected dots begin to form a constellation, things come full circle, and the question of “Who am I now?” becomes impossible to ignore.
In this episode, I explore the idea of the “perfect circle” and why wholeness does not require finality. You can be complete and still expanding. You can grow without abandoning your center. And you can acknowledge where you’ve arrived without needing everything to be finished or perfect.
We also talk about the shadow side of one energy, including perfectionism, isolation, and the belief that being a visionary means doing everything yourself. September is asking us to stay sovereign without shutting out support, to stop defining ourselves by what we’re against, and to get incredibly clear about what we are for.
Because before anything becomes many, it is one.
And this month, that one is you.
Energy first. Strategy second.

The one may look small, but nothing expands without it. Before the 10X, the 100X, or the quantum leap comes the one.
September puts identity front and center. Instead of asking, “What should I do?” ask, “Who am I now?”
Expansion does not require becoming someone else. It can be the truth of who you already are occupying more space.
Completion and finality are not the same thing. Something can be whole while still evolving.
Perfection is not the absence of flaws. It is the integrity of the whole.
Coming full circle is not regression. You may return to something familiar, but you are not the same person who began the journey.
September 10 and 11 carry strong recognition energy, when seemingly disconnected pieces may suddenly make sense.
September 10 also brings action before understanding, while September 23 may reveal the meaning behind the movement you felt called to make.
September 18 shifts us collectively into Uranus energy, bringing innovation, disruption, originality, unexpected information, and “Easter eggs” that may have been hiding in plain sight.
Innovation does not require isolation. Mature one energy allows you to remain sovereign and supported.
Instead of focusing your energy on what you are against, ask yourself: What am I for?
You do not need to change everything this month. One decision, one conversation, one boundary, or one physical action can change your entire trajectory.
