Show Notes
Talking about music gear is always fun! But we also need to take a closer look at the state of the MI industry from time to time. Frank and Jonathan are talking in depth about it in this episode, touching some of these points:
- How is the MI industry doing, looking at it from 3 different angles (gear youtuber, pedal builder, MI professional with 26 years of experience) - How did we get into the current situation? - What's the scenario like post-pandemic? - People's decision basis for gear purchases
We're also talking about some recent news stories: - Harley Benton's new guitar DIY packs - Never using amps again for live playing - Playing before practising - Mike Matthews (EHX) weird music video, that got taken down 24 hours later
