Who are you giving credit to for your weight loss right now?
In this episode, I break down what I call the “credit problem” in GLP-1 weight loss. It’s not about whether the medication works, because it clearly does for many people. The real question is what happens mentally when you start attributing all of your success to the medication instead of recognizing your role in the process.
Because when you give all the credit away, you also give away your confidence, your identity, and your belief in your ability to maintain your progress long term.
I talk about why this mindset can create dependency, how it disconnects you from your habits, and why remembering your full toolbox matters more than ever.
You are still making decisions. You are still showing up. You are still building something.
The medication can support you, but it is not you.
This episode is about reclaiming that identity and building something that lasts beyond any single tool.
