We are back! it's been almost 3 months since the last episode and we are very excited to be back and sharing more stories of women out there getting active. In this episode, Sophia White, host, is put in the hot seat for questioning so you can learn more about her. Then Sophia and and Holly Weston (friend of the show) go deep into tales of their recent bikepacking escapades in Japan and on the Camino de Santiago. Expect great tales, crucial tips and enough laughs to convince you that yes, you should adventure on your bike!
In this episode Sophia is joined by Sophie Shallard, winner of the 2 day Coast to Coast. She's 22, she's energetic, she's already got 4 adventure races under her belt and has had to bounce back from some serious setbacks. Sophie tells us all about her winning Coast to Coast race (and how it didn't quite go as she planned!), the lessons she's learned and why having fun is absolutely key. If we could bottle Sophie's attitude, we might all be winners!
