More from Well and Being - How Are You Really?
In this follow-up episode, Darran opens up about his military experience during the 2004 Boxing Day Tsunami — a moment that reshaped his understanding of Trauma and trauma. Together, we unpack how he navigated those intense chapters, and how he learned to shift from reaction to response by truly listening to his body. It’s a powerful conversation about resilience, regulation, and the wisdom that emerges when we surrender to what we feel rather than run from it.
Here’s another powerful conversation with Darran Ingram — a deep dive into why doing the inner work matters. We explore the courage it takes to sit with discomfort, to truly feel, and to meet ourselves with honesty. His approach has helped countless clients find clarity, compassion, and grounded resilience.
Meet Darran Ingram — the man who first invited Lee to truly "feel" — after much resistance from her and gentle persuasion from him. Darran’s journey to the Amazon Rainforest, where he lived for ten days with the Shipibo people, taught him the power of stillness, listening, and receiving. In this episode, we explore how ancient wisdom can meet modern disconnection — and how humility and nature can awaken what we’ve long ignored within ourselves.
