For many men, work can become just a way to make money, pay the bills, and get through the week. But Scripture gives us a much bigger perspective. As Christians, we aren't ultimately working just for a boss, a company, or a paycheck—we are working for the Lord.
Colossians 3:23 says, “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.”
That changes the way we approach our jobs.
Whether you're leading a company, working in an office, driving a truck, building something with your hands, serving customers, or raising a family, your work has value when it is done with integrity, excellence, and a desire to honor God.
