Show Notes
Funky House mix for 2019, A Night To Remember is a two-hour-plus house set built for pool parties and summer playlists. Party Favorz blends House, Jackin’ House and NuDisco to keep the energy moving, leaning on disco-derived hooks and familiar samples to warm up spring into summer.
Highlights include Bruno Verdugo’s take on The Terri Green Light Project title track, a Purple Disco Machine re-work of Julien Jabre, and club-ready spins from David Penn and Leftwing Kody. The Shapeshifters add a classic-house flavor while Block & Crown steer things toward contemporary funky house, and the perennial Loleatta Holloway “Love Sensation” sample turns up as a connective thread through the set. This episode favors groove, tasteful edits, and peak-time melodies to soundtrack outdoor parties and sunset DJ sets.
