S1 Ep1 Changing Reactive Patterns with Louise

In this episode of Energy Therapy in Real Time, Louise talks about stress she is wanting to transform around her upcoming travel adventure with her children. The session took us into Louise’s reactive pattern around stress and her habitual responses to verbally explode or shutdown. In the context of travelling internationally, Louise is seeking harmonisation of this stress pattern to feel confident and capable in leading herself and her children through novel and potentially challenging experiences, that will likely invoke stress at times. A deeper family pattern was revealed by working with Louise’s heart as her desire to offer her children an emotionally mature and stable adult presence was very solid and clear, and this intention was enjoyable to work with in the energy space.
