She is the CEO of Golden Canyon Properties, Inc., a builder and developer, and of Hammer and Lace Design and Remodeling, where she combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise to create exceptional residential and investment properties. Since beginning her real estate journey with multifamily rentals in 1994, Ginger has built an impressive portfolio and reputation as an investor, landlord, banker, and Airbnb Superhost. Over the course of her career, she has successfully flipped more than 52 properties, including two projects that were featured on HGTV.
