Convention of States

Show Notes

Get ready for some all-out intellectual firepower demolishing Article V opponents! In this never-before-heard audio from August 2026, attorney Mark Meckler joins Michael Farris, Rita Peters, and Rick Santorum to answer the top objections to Convention of States and the Article V convention process. In a unique debate format before a live audience of state legislators, Rita plays clips from real committee hearings. Was the 1787 Convention a runaway convention? Who controls an Article V convention? Could it propose anything and everything? Would anyone be able to settle disputes regarding such a convention? The questions have answers, and they are based in historic precedent and Supreme Court decisions.
