We have some exciting news... The Coffee Break Swedish Travel Diaries will be starting next Thursday 27th April! In this short introductory episode we share some details about what you can expect from the series. You'll be following the adventures of a Swedish family as they take a road trip down the west coast of Sweden, from Marstrand down to Halmstad. Throughout the lessons you will have the opportunity to practise your Swedish, increase your understanding and build your vocabulary through travel.

In this final lesson of the Swedish Travel Diaries, we hear about how the family wrapped up their holiday on the Swedish west coast. We learn new vocabulary and new phrases, and have a look at the difference prepositions can make to the same verb.
In the penultimate lesson of our Travel Diaries we follow Mattias and family further south along the Swedish west coast to the city of Halmstad. As the family runs into a minor crisis situation we take the opportunity to delve into lots of new phrases and grammar. We explore the difference between varsin, varsitt and varsina, and review definite and indefinite forms.

Following our visit to the amusement park, Liseberg, in the last episode, we now get to hear more about what the family does in the city of Göteborg. We focus on the past and perfect tenses, encounter some new phrasal verbs, and look at familiar vocabulary in new contexts.
