God reveals deep secrets and hidden mysteries. He knows what lies in darkness.
That, treasures of darkness that he will give to his servant's treasures that are hidden in darkness,
he's going to give to his servants in these last days.
But when you know, the God of glory has gripped your life, this majestic God,
that can't even be described in a thousand tongues,
this God loves you and he holds you dear, and he brings you into his heart and he's longing for a companion, a bride.

Good character is going to produce good fruit and bad character eventually reveals itself as rotten fruit. What comes out of your mouth reveals the core of your heart. Our words reflect our character. Patient endurance will refine our character and proven character leads us back to hope.
A godly leader values intimacy with God more than worldly success to express God's kingdom means that we know the king like it's not just the kingdom. Obedience is one of the fruits of intimacy with God. A godly leader understands the priority of love above mastering leadership principles. Love is the way we fulfill God's plan for our lives. Loveless leadership will not accomplish God's plan.
Ministry must be viewed as the overflow of our relationship with Christ.
A godly leader is surrendered to God. It is a daily act of laying aside flesh, self, preferences, and comforts for the plan of God. Surrender is not a life of passivity. It's a life of union with a king on a mission. Jesus became nothing in order to become everything. He won by losing. Surrender is the path to glory. Surrender is the responsibility of a leader.
We have to surrender whatever skill, whatever talent. Whatever gift God has given to us, give it back and watch him multiply it. He multiplies whatever you put in his hands.
