Show Notes
In this episode of the Irish Athletics Podcast Katie is joined by Aoife Talty, a mum of two and teacher from Dublin.
Aoife recently completed the Dublin Marathon in a speedy 3:07 just a year after giving birth to her second child, and amazingly 39 years since her own mam ran Dublin just over a year after having her!
In the episode, Aoife discusses her own journey and return to running post-birth, the challenges of early motherhood and how her army of supporters helped her feel loved on the streets of Dublin last month.
