Show Notes
Join Oliver and James as they sift through the bulging mailbag that is full of telegrams about the now infamous, Trial of Lance Corporal Jones! Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to send in thoughts and opinions, it’s really very heart-warming to receive message after message from the GPO!
We also take some time to discuss the 2011 Dad's Army weekend, and talk about a new version of a Dad's Army documentary in the works, being produced by our very own Oliver Crocker.

More from Dad's Army podcast
Well here it is. As threatened. For one night only. Yes, this will be offline by tomorrow. No, not really! Oliver and James report for duty after three years to talk about the return of Dad’s Army to the big screen! So put the kettle on, make sure your rations of hundreds and thousands are within reach and listen the boys as they try hard not to talk about Doctor Who.
Just a little teaser for you to show that we were serious about bringing back the show. And to help this old bank clerk remember how to actually get an episode online after three years. Hopefully I won't need the help of that butcher from across the road......
Welcome to another edition of the podcast and Merry Christmas to all our listeners!
Join James and Oliver in this edition of the Dad’s Army podcast as we talk about the classic episode, ‘Keep Young and Beautiful’ which of course Oliver and I do as a matter of course. Ahem. We also have a chat about what Ian Lavender, Bill Pertwee and Frank Williams have been getting up over the last month or so. All that, and of course the usual silliness.
Its another episode of the Dad’s Army podcast! This time we shine the spotlight on Don’t Forget the Diver, one of eight episodes directed by Mr Harold Snoad. Oliver was able to catch up with Harold recently and talked about the exciting times Harold spent on the show. In addition, Paul makes a welcome return to the show and shares some of his memories with James about David Croft.
