New Years Resolutions, Visions and Goals

The Parkinson's Vitality Project Podcast

Show Notes

Did you set a New Years Resolution for yourself this year? Have you kept it up? In this episode we talk about why many times people don't stick with new years resolutions and goals and what we can do to help ourselves to achieve the goals we set for ourselves. I talk about how having a vision of what you ultimately want can help to keep you motivated to continue to work towards your goals, and some of the ways you can break large goals up into smaller more achievable ones so that you can celebrate success along the way.

Hopefully this can help make 2021 the best year for you to work towards your goals!
