Show Notes
This week on Talk Horse, Pippa and Tristan are joined by former event rider and para-canoeist Saffron Cresswell!
From chasing her dreams in eventing to discovering para-canoeing after a life-changing accident, Saffron reflects on her riding career and how she's found a new direction beyond horses.
Saffron reveals how her parents sold the family home to build stables, reflects on the emotional challenges of leaving horses behind and explains what she misses most about life in the saddle. She also shares how the lessons she learnt through eventing have helped her adapt to a completely different sport.
