After discovering her ex-boyfriend was exploiting minors through encrypted platforms linked to 764, Chloe tried to report him to local authorities and was ignored. As the scale of the abuse became clear, she took her evidence directly to the FBI, triggering an investigation that led to his arrest in February 2024.
