Show Notes
In this episode, I sit down with Nick from Belvedere Farms here in Queensland — a family who’ve taken run-down, chemical heavy land and turned it into a living, breathing example of what real, regenerative food can be. Our conversation isn’t just about farming techniques; it’s about the slow, steady work of building soil, nurturing community, and letting the land teach you as much as you shape it.
Nick shares openly about the journey he and his family have been on and the joy in seeing healthy soil come back to life. It's the bigger purpose behind growing food that genuinely nourishes people. We dive into what it means to grow with intention, to work with nature rather than pushing against it, and how these small, daily decisions can ripple out into something much larger than a single farm.
This is one of those grounded, honest chats that leaves you thinking about where your food comes from and how much is possible when people commit to doing things the right way!
Remember, if you enjoyed the conversation, be sure to show it to your friends, or even let me know what you liked in the comments below... thankyou!
