The Beat: Why evaluating Ohio State standards, expectations of success is now trickier
Austin & BirmShow Notes
Ohio State won its Big Ten opener without ever being in any kind of realistic jeopardy, but that still produced a fresh batch of questions about the championship-caliber credentials for the program in some circles. The Buckeyes are often held to a standard of success that is both by their own making and almost impossible to reach on a weekly basis in this new era of college football, which poses a challenge for Television’s Adam King as he tries to assess that reality and what’s next for Ohio State heading into October. It’s a TalKing Tuesday on The Beat with King and Austin Ward.
