Show Notes
This is 26-year-old Dillon Engle, only minutes after he fatally shot his stepfather.
While the scene resembles a cold-blooded execution, it’s followed by years of escalating abuse that left Dillon scarred and his family constantly on edge. And even though he fired to protect his mother, he never imagined she would be the one to turn on him.
With his mother now against him, he has one chance to prove his innocence… or he’ll spend the rest of his life behind bars
