We find that although it is healthier than the typical Western diet, it doesn't appear to be the answer to the epidemic of heart disease in the world. We also discuss the sad news that the 1.5°C rise in temperature that the Paris Climate Accord set as its limit, has already been exceeded, and the implications of this.
