Podium AthleticsShow Notes
Just as the track and field season begins to wind down, Keely Hodgkinson kept the conversation going by launching a new speed suit, made by Nike, as she closed her year with an 800m win at Athlos in north London.
Hannah and Rich round up the action from that, as well as the World Athletics Road Running Championships in Copenhagen - which featured half marathon wins for recent guests Agnes Ngetich and Andreas Almgren (listen back on the podcast feed).
Plus - there’s reaction to the decision to award the 2029 World Championships to Nairobi, and 2031 to Munich.
