Pastor Dale Partridge explains how, after the flood, Noah entered a world still marked by death, violence, and the lingering effects of sin. Yet in the midst of that fallen world, God established a covenant of mercy, laying down His bow in the clouds as a sign that He would never again destroy the earth through a global flood. In Genesis 9:1–17, we see God give humanity dominion to restrain chaos, justice to restrain evil, and covenant mercy to restrain wrath.
