Welcome back to the Messy Motherhood Podcast! In today's episode we are talking about my journey to living a non-toxic lifestyle.
This wasn't something that Alex and I did growing up and it wasn't something we really knew anything about until we were diagnosed with unexplained infertility in 2018. I take you through the journey of us living more intentionally and why this feels so important for us. This wasn't a one and done kind of deal that just happened over night and I wanted to walk you through what this looks like in a sustainable and affordable manner.
