Today on The Georgio Says Podcast, Georgio Takounakis tackles two deeply disturbing legal stories currently dominating headlines that represent a massive slap in the face to victims fighting for justice and systemic accountability.

First, Georgio breaks down breaking updates in the criminal case surrounding Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's 15-year-old son, Kroy "KJ" Biermann Jr. Court records confirm that KJ has officially entered a formal plea of not guilty across all seven felony counts—including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, and aggravated sexual battery—while waiving his formal arraignment. Georgio details the defense team’s strategy to petition for the case to be moved back to juvenile court to avoid mandatory minimum adult sentencing, examines the sealing of three sensitive filings, and calls out the toxic online culture attempting to minimize these severe allegations.

Then, Georgio dives into the newly surfaced campus police records and investigative details surrounding the shocking Cornell University fraternity assault case. We examine the outrageous defense claims emerging from the accused fraternity members—including one suspect claiming he was legally incapacitated and too intoxicated to give consent, flipping the script to frame himself as the victim. Georgio gives an impassioned, unfiltered reality check on consent, intoxication loopholes, and why institutions constantly fail survivors when the evidence is staring them right in the face.

Plus, Georgio announces the grand opening of his refreshed official website at georgiotakounakis.com, the launch of his brand-new merch brand TAKOU, and the upcoming pre-order drop for the Monogram Lattice collection of bags and shoes launching November 1st!
