On Episode 102 of the Acid For Squares podcast, hosts Tanya Dahl and Cody Blue welcome Luis “Lue” Elizondo, former senior intelligence official, U.S. Army counterintelligence special agent and former director of the Pentagon’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, better known as AATIP. Elizondo has become one of the most influential figures in the modern UFO and UAP disclosure movement, helping transform unidentified anomalous phenomena from a subject long dismissed or ridiculed into a serious public conversation involving national security, government transparency, science and possible non-human intelligence.
After spending years inside the U.S. intelligence community investigating unexplained incursions into restricted airspace, he resigned from government service and publicly raised concerns about institutional secrecy, limited oversight and the lack of serious attention being given to UAP reports. His decision to speak openly about the program, alongside reporting published through major legacy media outlets, introduced millions of people to previously hidden military encounters and helped bring the subject into the mainstream.
Through television interviews, documentary appearances, congressional testimony, and his bestselling book, Imminent: Inside the Pentagon’s Hunt for UFOs, Elizondo continued pressing lawmakers, military officials and intelligence agencies for greater transparency. His public advocacy helped create sustained political and cultural pressure around the issue, contributing to congressional hearings, official investigations and the gradual release of government records concerning UFOs, UAPs and unexplained military encounters. For many people, Elizondo’s willingness to challenge the system from which he came is one of the primary reasons the phenomenon can now be discussed openly at the highest levels of government.
In this episode, Luis Elizondo shares his perspective on the documents and information being released by the Pentagon and the War Department concerning UFOs, unidentified anomalous phenomena, unidentified submerged objects, or USOs, and what is being called… non-human intelligence. He explains where he believes humanity currently stands in the UAP disclosure process, what must happen next to achieve meaningful government transparency and why scientists, lawmakers and the public need to take the phenomenon seriously.
Luis also explores the deeper theological and spiritual implications of UFO disclosure. Could the UAP phenomenon be benevolent, malevolent or something beyond ordinary human concepts of good and evil? How might contact with a non-human intelligence affect religion, consciousness, and humanity’s understanding of its place in the universe? He also discusses the connection between UAP, extrasensory perception, remote viewing, the soul, and other unexplained aspects of human consciousness.
This is a powerful conversation about UFO disclosure, government secrecy, non-human intelligence, spirituality, consciousness and what the UAP phenomenon could ultimately mean for the future of humanity.
