When I walked away from the core principles of Christianity to test the other mini-gods,a big reason was because I just couldn't understand how God seemed to be bipolar from the Old Testament to the New. If He was always good, why was he wiping out entire races of people because of sin in the days of Noah, only to redeem them in Christ? And just who were these giants he was wiping out, like Goliath, and where did they come from? These questions led me to clues hidden in plain sight, starting in Genesis 6 with a passage about the Nephilim that finally made the Bible (and Yahweh) make sense. Last year I interviewed Dr. Laura Sanger, author of 'Roots of the Federal Reserve: Tracing the Nephilim from Noah to the US Dollar,' and 'Generation Hoodwinked,' uncovering the Nephilim agenda on today's society. Prepare to not only have your mind blown, but to receive answers to questions you might have had for a long, long time. More from Head to Heart
Can something that feels spiritual lead us away from Jesus? In this episode of Head to Heart, I sit down with Paul Risse, author of The Psychedelic Christian, to explore the spiritual dangers of psychedelics for believers. Drawing on his extensive personal experience with psychedelics and his journey to faith in Christ, Paul brings a firsthand perspective to the search for healing, truth, and connection with God. What if the battles you're facing aren't just emotional, physical, or psychological—but spiritual? In this powerful conversation, Christa sits down with author and speaker Beatty Carmichael to explore the biblical case for hidden spiritual roots behind suffering, recurring struggles, and unanswered prayer. Together they discuss difficult topics including unrepentant sin, unforgiveness, occult involvement, sexual sin, generational patterns, and whether these can create spiritual strongholds that hinder healing and freedom. Beatty shares the biblical principles behind The Prayer of Freedom, explaining why he believes true breakthrough often comes by addressing the root rather than simply managing the symptoms. Whether you're skeptical, curious, or searching for answers, this conversation will challenge you to examine Scripture and consider whether there are unseen spiritual obstacles standing in the way of the freedom Christ offers. Moses was betrayed by the very people he was called back to liberate. David was betrayed by the very king he had fought for. Joseph was betrayed by the very brothers he was called to save. And Jesus was betrayed right before the cross. What if we've looked at betrayal incorrectly? What if we've seen it as something to avoid instead of seeing it as an initiation into our destiny? Maybe God uses betrayal to prepare us, expose our hearts, and squeeze every ounce of bitterness and offense into the light where it has to heal?
Can we use our 5 senses to connect to the Holy Spirit? Biblically, we can! In this week's episode we learn how.
