Trump Charmed? US-UK Relations Saved? Was the King's Royal Tour a Success

The Royal Tea

Show Notes

King Charles and Queen Camilla's four day visit to the United States has come to an end, with a final visit to the White House to cap the whirlwind trip. The trip saw the King and Queen attend a State Dinner with President Donald Trump, visit the 9/11 Memorial, and the King delivered a historic speech to the US Congress. But was the trip a success?

On this episode of The Royal Tea, Kevin O'Sullivan spoke with Kinsey Schofield about the reaction in the States to the Royal Visit, if the trip repaired the US-UK relationship, and responded to reports that Harry and Meghan made a point of not watching the King's Congress address.
