How do you provide Vitamin C to the whole world? Colin Bond not only has the answer, but he makes it happen.
After decades of success in the Financial industry, Colin's gut was telling him it was time for a change. Following his instincts, he stepped out of his comfort zone and moved his family to the Bay of Plenty to run a Kiwifruit orchard, and planted the seeds for a whole new world of success.
Colin is now Chief Executive of New Zealand Kiwifruit Growers Incorporated (NZKGI). Bond is a man on a mission - to advocate, protect and enhance the commercial and political interests of New Zealand kiwifruit growers, and with a wider goal to help the whole world eat a healthier, fruit-filled diet.
Managing 2,800 Kiwifruit growers, commercial interests, politicians and an industry stability strategy is no small task, but Colin knows the secret to tapping into hidden strengths. This thrilling and fascinating conversation is must-listen material for anyone who wants to know the secret to leadership, stepping out of your comfort zone, building relationships, succeeding against impossible odds.... and how to make your own luck.
