The sheriff told reporters that Edge and her ex had an on again, off again relationship and that she was “not accepting” of the new situation. An Idaho prosecutor is seeking the death penalty against a 23-year-old woman charged with murdering her twin toddlers in 2025. Andrea Shaw has pleaded not guilty, claiming her 18-month-old twins got sick and died after receiving flu shots and their scheduled vaccinations. Prosecutors maintain that an autopsy revealed symptoms consistent with smothering and said suffocation "is the only conceivable explanation" for their deaths. The judge in the Lindsay Clancy case issued a surprise ruling Wednesday, dismissing an attempt by Clancy’s attorney to investigate the lone holdout juror in her murder trial. Kevin Reddington had filed a motion requesting access to the juror’s initial questionnaire, an examination of his cellphone and for him to be questioned in court, but the judge refused to move forward with any investigation into Michael Desronvil. Clancy’s team still has a motion to dismiss murder charges against Clancy in play, citing double jeopardy.
