This week, I’m recording from the beautiful chaos of Ho Chi Minh City, where seven million motorbikes, very few rules and the simple act of crossing the road have given me one of the most physical demonstrations of energetics I’ve ever experienced.
Because here, hesitation doesn’t help.
You hold the vision. You know where you’re going. You step forward. And somehow, everything moves around you.
After weeks of receiving, surrendering and letting go in Sri Lanka, Vietnam has brought me into a completely different energy: movement, momentum, joy, instinct and FUN.
