Show Notes
In this episode, I share my knowledge on what I have learned about endometriosis over the past 8 years working with clients.
While I am a huge advocate for medical intervention when it comes to endo, I also strongly believe (and have seen first hand) the amazing impact lifestyle medicine can have on helping to manage symptoms and give women a better quality of life.
I really hope this episode helps anyone who is struggling with pain or struggling to get a diagnosis. Keep on fighting to get that diagnosis - your pain is real and it’s valid.
I am so delighted to announce that Ethos CBD are the sponsors of this season's podcast. Ethos are an Irish CBD and Hemp brand, with a huge focus on education around health and wellness. At the end of Ep15., I sat down with Ethos co-founder Amy to learn all about CBD (and my god did I learn so much). Ethos have also kindly offered my listeners 20% off their products when you subscribe using the link below.

On this episode I am joined by a fabulous guest Rebecca Murphy. Rebecca is a midwife and lactation consultant and she chats to me about her experience in working in Ireland, Dubai and Australia and the breastfeeding tips she picked up along the way.
This week I am chatting about one of my most requested topics - my labour story!
Pregnancy loss affects atleast 1 in 5 women. So I felt that i couldn't tell Theo's story (my beautiful 5 month old baby) before I shared this story first.
In this episode, I have the fabulous Jessica O’ Dwyer back on the pod. This is a follow on from our 1st episode we recorded in 2023 (which was one of my most listened to episodes!)
Welcome back to Spilling The Tea. This is episode 3 of a 3 part series which are a little different to our normal hormone chats.
