While the APC's Bola Tinubu opted to party, the PDP's Atiku Abubakar was represented by his running mate, Ifeanyi Okowa. Peter Obi, Rabiu Kwankwaso and Kola Abiola also took to the stage. We explore the significance of this debate and the absence of some of the leading candidates.
