Imo Prescott Talks Spygate, Play-Off Glory & The Tigers' Premier League Return | Hull v Brentford Preview Podcast Part 1
The Beesotted Brentford Pride of West London PodcastShow Notes
Hull City are back in the Premier League and enjoying themselves - but can the Tigers keep the good times rolling?
It’s the first time Brentford have faced Hull since February 2020, just before the world went into lockdown. A lot of water has passed under both bridges since then
The Bees have gone from the Championship to the Premier League, while Hull have had their own ups and downs, including a spell in League One
Billy TheBee Grant catches up with Imo Prescott for the first time since the two clubs went their separate ways in the Championship
They shoot the breeze about the Allam era, Acun Ilıcalı’s arrival in 2022, Liam Rosenior’s sacking, Hull’s remarkable 2022/23 play-off campaign and that Championship play-off final victory over Middlesbrough in the aftermath of Spygate
They also look back at last season, run through Hull’s summer comings and goings, assess their start to life back in the Premier League and discuss manager Sergej Jakirović
Are Hull a well-organised side capable of staying up, or are they riding their luck? Which Bees players worry the Tigers, how Imo sees the game unfolding and, of course, a score prediction
Can the Bees spoil Hull’s Premier League party?
