Episode 15 of Pelham Perspectives is live!! In this episode, we will recap the July 6th Pelham City Council Work Session and the July 9th Pelham City Council Meeting. Topics discussed were the 4-0 approval of the new housing development on State Park Road, the approval of the new Quiktrip going in at the corner of Hwy 52 and Racquet Club Parkway that was previously denied by those of us on the prior city council, due to traffic concerns and the lack of a need for a 4th gas station there.
