Madhuri Dixit or Sridevi? We put two favourites through seven categories and somehow make ourselves choose.
Asim, Amrita and Sujoy compare dance performances, acting range, box office power, fashion, chemistry with co-stars, comebacks and lasting influence. Sujoy admits his Madhuri bias early. Amrita makes the case for Sridevi. Asim discovers that choosing the categories hasn’t made choosing a winner any easier.
From Mr. India and Chandni to Beta, Devdas and English Vinglish, we revisit the performances that shaped our love of Hindi cinema.
This week’s topics:
• Madhuri’s precision or Sridevi’s storytelling through dance?• Who could carry a film on her name alone?• What made English Vinglish such a remarkable comeback?• Who wins on style and chemistry with co-stars?• Whose influence will the next generation carry forward?
We discuss scenes and character moments from films across both careers.

Drishyam 3: One Body, Too Many Twists?
Samantha deserves a better family, Sujoy makes a case for Mirzapur, and Asim has found two good jokes in Welcome to the Jungle. Was it worth sitting through the rest of the film? You can probably guess.
Asim and Amrita are joined by Pakistani drama reviewer Sophia Q to discuss the opening episodes of Mitti De Baway. Does the much-anticipated pairing of Mahira Khan and Wahaj Ali deliver? We get into the three timelines, the performances, the striking production design and the amount of slow motion.
