Overcome the Overwhelm for Special Needs Moms

Show Notes

If your to-do list feels never-ending and you're constantly feeling behind on everything you need to get done, then this episode is for you!

It's so easy to spend your entire day rushing from one thing to the next, feeling stressed about everything you haven't done yet, and thinking about how much better you'll feel once you finally get caught up. But what if you didn't have to spend your days feeling that way?

In this episode, we're talking about how you think about your to-do list, why trying to get caught up can keep you stuck in a cycle of overwhelm, and how to approach everything you need to do without feeling so stressed and exhausted.

I'm also sharing a weird little exercise I've used for years that I think you're going to want to try. It sounds a little out there, but trust me on this one!
