In this powerful episode, I sit down with a friend of mine, Sianai (her bio below), to explore the magical work of water researcher Veda Austin. Veda’s studies on water intelligence reveal how water observes itself through every living organism in the universe, carrying consciousness, memory, and energy. (ITS WILD!) One of Veda’s most mind-blowing discoveries comes from her experiments photographing water as it crystallizes before freezing. Her findings show that water responds instantly to thoughts, emotions, and even images, proving the profound impact of our energy and intentions. Sianai and I were so intrigued that we even tried the experiment ourselves! We dive deep into the connection between water, energy, and the mind-body relationship, discussing how these insights can transform the way we think about self-care, manifestation, and healing. Since our bodies are mostly made of water, this episode is a powerful reminder of the importance of being kind to ourselves and the incredible role our minds play in shaping our reality. Get ready for an eye-opening conversation filled with takeaways that may just change the way you see water, energy and yourself! Visit Veda’s work here and click on the ‘examples’ tab to see her experiments!

Today I’m joined by Revie Jane ~ mum, founder, fitness coach and one of those people who somehow manages to be wildly motivating while also being completely real about the messy bits of life. Revie opens up about a part of her story that she hasn’t always found easy to share ~ growing up with an abusive father, a mother who was emotionally unavailable and later physically absent, and spending much of her teenage years in survival mode. She talks about feeling fundamentally unlovable, living with hypervigilance, and believing that the life she had been handed was simply the life she was destined to have. But then something started to shift. From being taken in by her friend’s family and experiencing a kind of love and safety she hadn’t known before, to discovering fitness and realising she could continually prove her own limiting beliefs wrong, Revie shares how she began to rewrite the story she had been telling herself. We talk about the belief that “I am not what has happened to me. I am who I choose to become,” and how that idea has shaped so much of the life she has created. We also get into: ✨ How Revie learned that she was lovable after spending years believing she wasn’t ✨ The people who showed her that love could be safe, consistent and unconditional ✨ How fitness became a way of rebuilding her self-confidence and changing the narrative in her head ✨ Why she believes we sometimes have to be a little “delusional” about what is possible for our lives ✨ Intuition, trusting your gut and knowing when an opportunity simply isn’t aligned ✨ The pressure of social media and why even confident, successful people still struggle with comparison and self-doubt ✨ The reality of building a successful business ~ and why bigger doesn’t always mean better ✨ How Revie learned that more money, more staff and a bigger business didn’t necessarily equal more happiness ✨ Why peace and contentment might be more important goals than constantly chasing the next thing ✨ Intrusive thoughts, anxiety and the importance of not letting your thoughts dictate your life ✨ The grounding techniques that help Revie when her mind gets loud This conversation is vulnerable, honest, funny and ultimately so full of hope. Because sometimes the life you’ve been given can make you believe that certain things simply aren’t meant for you. But your dream life doesn’t belong to someone else, it belongs to you. Content note: This episode includes discussion of childhood abuse, neglect, suicidal thoughts and intrusive thoughts.

I'm joined by the incredible Grace Miller, who quite literally got paid as an actual job to fail. Grace was the Head of Failure and Experimentation at Steven Bartlett's Flight Story, and she joined the team back in 2022 when The Diary of a CEO had just 100,000 YouTube subscribers, riding the wave all the way to tens of millions and building an entire department around the idea that failing on purpose is actually the fastest way to grow.
