Izabela's career began in the corporate world, where she worked with notable brands like GM, IBM, and Unilever. However, as she climbed the corporate ladder, she felt a persistent whisper urging her to seek more fulfillment. "Is this what fulfillment looks like?" she questioned, leading her to leave her corporate job alongside her husband and start their own consulting business.
Izabela shares how her experiences led her to realize the power of community and support among women. "We're all capable of creating absolutely amazing things… you already got everything you need to go after your goals and dreams," she emphasizes, reminding us that sometimes we just need that extra love and reminders.
## The Birth of Amplify You
During the conversation, Vicki and Izabela discuss an exciting upcoming event: the **Amplify You Summit**. This initiative was born out of the need for a larger space as Izabela's networking events kept selling out. "You need a bigger impact," her community encouraged her, which sparked the idea for the summit.
Izabela explains that the summit is designed to not only inspire but also activate attendees. "Sometimes we just need a little extra help, an extra little nudge to really have our voices heard… the whole summit is about participation," she states, highlighting the importance of involvement for true transformation.

Participants will engage in mastermind sessions, solve challenges collaboratively, and leave with actionable plans. "It needs participation. We know from research… when you can teach it back, you build confidence and new habits," Izabela explains.
Izabela’s commitment to fun and authenticity shines through in her approach to community building. She believes that when we lean into our mission and values, we attract like-minded individuals. "If we really lean into more joy and creating experiences that make us happy, it will magnetize and attract the right people," she reflects.
