Leone Iacovaci, a remarkable figure in boxing history, rises from a challenging childhood in Italy to become a celebrated middleweight champion in the 1920s. After the rise of fascism and the implementation of racial laws, Leone relocates to France, where he starts a family. His later years are marked by a return to boxing as a coach and promoter, but he ultimately faces financial struggles. Leone's life comes to a tragic end in 1983 after suffering multiple heart attacks. His legacy, nearly forgotten, is revived through literature and film, ensuring that his story as a pioneering athlete is remembered.

“You won’t believe this, but they’ve stolen a train.” Uploaded 02-11-23That was the special announcement heard on police radios in the early hours of August 8, 1963, after a gang of criminals pulled off one of, if not the most infamous heist in British history.
