In this episode, I'm breaking down exactly why June is one of the most clarifying and creatively charged times of year, why spring's momentum can quietly tip into over-functioning and productivity guilt, and how to align with nature's rhythm so that you grow without burning yourself out. June gives you clarity for the year, and in this episode, we're going to use it.
This one is for you if you're someone in your twenties who feels the shift in seasons but isn't always sure how to work with it instead of against it. We're talking desire, clarity, pace, and what it actually means to move with the energy around you, not ahead of it.

Autumn is almost always at the top of the list when I ask people where I live what their favourite season is. And honestly, I understand why. Ontario in the fall is breathtaking.
Grief is one of those things that changes shape all the time.
Autumn isn’t asking us to stop, it’s asking us to listen. Turn inward, and reflect.
As the days get shorter and the shadows outside become a little more visible, autumn invites us to look inward, too. There’s something about this season that naturally brings our own shadows to the surface: the parts of ourselves we might avoid, the mistakes we still carry, and the feeling that we should be further along than we are. In this episode, we’re talking about the feeling of not being enough, learning to forgive ourselves for the things we wish we had done differently, and accepting ourselves for where we are right now, even when it isn’t where we ultimately want to be. Because when we’re constantly living in the past or reaching toward the future, we miss the only place where we can actually create change: the present moment. Think of this as your autumn reminder to slow down, meet yourself where you are, and make a little more peace with the person you’re becoming. 🩵
