In this episode, I’m joined by the incredible Astro Tash, and wow, this chat is packed with both cosmic wisdom and down-to-earth practicality. Try Tash's free birth chart here! P.s. the first 13 minutes is quite woo woo. I love it, but if it's too in depth for you, don't worry, we break it down from 13 min onwards. We start with a deep dive into October 2025. Tash unpacks the planetary shifts, what they mean for us personally, and how we can take advantage of the energy around us. We also explore the truth about Scorpio season....busting some common misconceptions and discovering how this transformative energy can support us all. From there, we get back to astrology basics and talk about: 🌙 How the moon phases support manifestation (and what to release under the new moon) 📑 Making decisions around contracts, relationships and big moves ~ when the stars are on your side and when it might be better to pause 🔄 Retrogrades: what they really mean, what to avoid, and how they impact us ☀️ How eclipses can reveal our destiny 💫 Using your birth chart to know when to step up, be more assertive, or lean into patience I also ask Tash how realistic she is in her own life ~ does she only manifest on new moons, does she hold back from signing contracts? She shares her balanced approach: astrology is an incredible tool, but it works best alongside common sense. This chat isn’t just theory. Tash shares powerful personal stories, from her early ballet days and struggles with confidence, to navigating her divorce and finding light at the end of the tunnel through astrology. And if you’re curious about your own chart, you can grab a free birth chart from Tash that will show you your sun, moon, rising and beyond. It’s such an exciting way to understand where you are right now and how the stars are guiding you forward. Try the birth chart here!

Today I’m joined by Revie Jane ~ mum, founder, fitness coach and one of those people who somehow manages to be wildly motivating while also being completely real about the messy bits of life. Revie opens up about a part of her story that she hasn’t always found easy to share ~ growing up with an abusive father, a mother who was emotionally unavailable and later physically absent, and spending much of her teenage years in survival mode. She talks about feeling fundamentally unlovable, living with hypervigilance, and believing that the life she had been handed was simply the life she was destined to have. But then something started to shift. From being taken in by her friend’s family and experiencing a kind of love and safety she hadn’t known before, to discovering fitness and realising she could continually prove her own limiting beliefs wrong, Revie shares how she began to rewrite the story she had been telling herself. We talk about the belief that “I am not what has happened to me. I am who I choose to become,” and how that idea has shaped so much of the life she has created. We also get into: ✨ How Revie learned that she was lovable after spending years believing she wasn’t ✨ The people who showed her that love could be safe, consistent and unconditional ✨ How fitness became a way of rebuilding her self-confidence and changing the narrative in her head ✨ Why she believes we sometimes have to be a little “delusional” about what is possible for our lives ✨ Intuition, trusting your gut and knowing when an opportunity simply isn’t aligned ✨ The pressure of social media and why even confident, successful people still struggle with comparison and self-doubt ✨ The reality of building a successful business ~ and why bigger doesn’t always mean better ✨ How Revie learned that more money, more staff and a bigger business didn’t necessarily equal more happiness ✨ Why peace and contentment might be more important goals than constantly chasing the next thing ✨ Intrusive thoughts, anxiety and the importance of not letting your thoughts dictate your life ✨ The grounding techniques that help Revie when her mind gets loud This conversation is vulnerable, honest, funny and ultimately so full of hope. Because sometimes the life you’ve been given can make you believe that certain things simply aren’t meant for you. But your dream life doesn’t belong to someone else, it belongs to you. Content note: This episode includes discussion of childhood abuse, neglect, suicidal thoughts and intrusive thoughts.

Be the first to step inside https://passaroundthesmile.com/pages/subscribe Today's episode is such a special one! I'm joined by the incredible Grace Miller, who quite literally got paid as an actual job to fail. Grace was the Head of Failure and Experimentation at Steven Bartlett's Flight Story, and she joined the team back in 2022 when The Diary of a CEO had just 100,000 YouTube subscribers, riding the wave all the way to tens of millions and building an entire department around the idea that failing on purpose is actually the fastest way to grow.
