☕️ This meditation is a little different than what we usually do. It’s an invitation into comfort, warmth, and slowing down in a way that feels genuinely nourishing. This practice is perfect for moments when you need a soft landing.
You’re encouraged to make this meditation your own. That might look like a warm beverage, cozy clothes, dim lighting, or simply settling into a space that feels safe and easy for you. We begin this practice with gentle movement followed by stillness, but as always, only do what feels comfortable and supportive for you. There is no right way to experience it.
Just meet yourself where you are and let comfort unfold naturally.
With love, Jo

💗 This meditation centers around the Sanskrit mantra Aham Prema, meaning “I am love.” So often, we seek love outside of ourselves, looking for it in other people, experiences, or places. But what happens when we begin to recognize that we ourselves are an embodiment of love?
🫧 During this practice, we will explore a mindfulness technique called noting, which helps us become more aware of what’s happening as it happens. Here, we’ll gently name the experiences that arise: thinking, hearing, feeling. A thought, a sound, a sensation in the body, all becoming something we can notice.
