04. Should I be serving my baby a full meal from the very beginning?
First Bites: Baby-Led Weaning & BeyondShow Notes
Confused about how to actually start baby-led weaning (BLW)?
This is week is all about the “how-to” of starting out and feeding a baby using a baby-led approach to solids. Because quite frankly, it can be overwhelming and a lot to process for new parents and for anyone!
It’s almost every day that I have people telling me they don’t know where to start, or what to start with, or how many meals, or when to do it. It’s a lot to adjust to!
Episode 04 covers the basics and beyond when it comes to:
The mechanics
The planning
The frequency
of BLW/starting solids and what that can look like for your family! It’s absolutely a little different for everyone.

Sickness can really throw us, and our little ones for a loop. We often want to provide the best care, but it can be a little unnerving when our child won’t eat. We wonder if they’re getting enough nutrition and fluids to help them get better.
