How Morgan went from insomnia after a concussion to sleeping better and feeling like herself again by practicing acceptance and self-compassion (#83)
Insomnia Coach® PodcastShow Notes
Morgan rarely thought about sleep until a concussion in 2023 changed everything. As she dealt with dizziness, nausea, ringing in her head, and disrupted sleep, she tried medication, supplements, detailed sleep tracking, and strict sleep rules.
Instead of helping her get back on track, all that effort only added more pressure and created more struggle.
In this episode, Morgan shares how acceptance, self-compassion, and taking small actions based on what mattered to her helped her move away from struggling with insomnia. Today, she says she is sleeping much better and feels like herself again.
