Melissa is the host of the award-winning Retail Tea Break Podcast, a retail consultant, and a lecturer in sales and retail apprenticeships. Her career began with a summer job at Laura Ashley, and took her from studying Theatre Arts Management to working behind the scenes in London’s West End. After landing a role with a theatre producer, life brought her back to Ireland, where she launched her retail journey with Dunnes Stores before joining IKEA for its Irish debut.
