Unlearning is the work nobody warns you about. You can read every self-help book, do all the right things, and still feel stuck, because sometimes the problem is not what you have not yet learned. It is what you need to let go of first. In this episode, I am walking you through the art of unlearning, what it actually means, why it is one of the most powerful things you can do for your personal growth, and the real practical steps I have used to start rewiring the limiting beliefs that were quietly running my life. We are getting into the role of neuroplasticity, how tools like meditation, affirmations, and journaling can genuinely shift your inner world, and the personal stories that made me realize I had to unlearn before I could truly grow. This is the episode I needed years ago. This one is for you if you have done the inner work and still feel like something is holding you back, if you know something needs to change but cannot quite name what it is, or if you are ready to stop letting old beliefs make decisions for you.

Autumn is almost always at the top of the list when I ask people where I live what their favourite season is. And honestly, I understand why. Ontario in the fall is breathtaking.
Grief is one of those things that changes shape all the time.
Autumn isn’t asking us to stop, it’s asking us to listen. Turn inward, and reflect.
As the days get shorter and the shadows outside become a little more visible, autumn invites us to look inward, too. There’s something about this season that naturally brings our own shadows to the surface: the parts of ourselves we might avoid, the mistakes we still carry, and the feeling that we should be further along than we are. In this episode, we’re talking about the feeling of not being enough, learning to forgive ourselves for the things we wish we had done differently, and accepting ourselves for where we are right now, even when it isn’t where we ultimately want to be. Because when we’re constantly living in the past or reaching toward the future, we miss the only place where we can actually create change: the present moment. Think of this as your autumn reminder to slow down, meet yourself where you are, and make a little more peace with the person you’re becoming. 🩵
Q4 is right around the corner. And in the corporate and business world, this tends to be one of the busiest times of the year.
