[Mental Health Apps] Bravely: The App forged in fire of a shocking young cancer diagnosis | Episode 061 Rackley Nolan

The GYST of It - Anxiety and Self-Confidence Advice, Guides and Conversations

Show Notes

Rackley first and foremost is my cousin but he and his wife Melissa have created Bravely - a mental health tracking app made in partnership with therapists and psychologists.

Rackley, Mel and their team also trawl through scientific research on what helps mental health and turn what can be quite plain and dull scientific jargon into easy to understand and hence implement into your life.

We also speak about the shocking leukaemia diagnosis that Mel received aged just 29, the trauma that her and Rackley had to go through, that support he gave her through the darkest hours and how honest communication forged their relationship making them stronger than ever.

A compelling, moving, inspirational and helpful listen.

"Evidence-based. Holistic. And never fluffy. Straight from the minds of therapists, psychologists, scientists, and real humans — just like you."
