Freya Ridings is a Singer Songwriter and Musician, who is best known for her singles such as ‘Lost Without You’ and ‘Castles.’ She's had international success showcasing deeply personal songwriting, often centered on love, loss, and vulnerability. Freya has now entered a new creative era with her third album Mother Of Pearl as she continues to solidify her place as one of the UK’s most compelling contemporary singer-songwriters.
In this episode Freya opens up around her newfound confidence and self worth and she is a big believer in following her gut. She discusses how in moments when she has stopped and surrendered into the joy of what could be, is when moments have come along that have changed her life.
