More from 21C Progressive House
The Racket Club welcomes Robert Glenn, resident DJ with The Arena Project, with his guest DJ mix, titled 'Below'. Drawing on his love of progressive and techno, Rob takes inspiration from a night of underground clubbing in a Manchester cellar to explore a progressive warm-up for that setting. Stripped-back grooves, percussion and evolving themes greatly influence the mix, featuring Sam Scheme, Hobin Rude, Julieta Kühnle and Patch Park, alongside remixes from Simos Tagias and Berni Turletti, before closing with Stereo Underground’s In the Middle of Everything. In Rob’s words: “Taking Progressive to the basement.” Follow Robert on SoundCloud, Facebook and Instagram, or explore his Linktree.
The Racket Club welcomes Melbourne’s Eli Gold with a carefully programmed mix that gives the music room to breathe. Deep, emotional and moody progressive house meets driving grooves, atmospheric melodies, intricate percussion and beautifully chosen breaks. Bringing together familiar artists and lesser-known producers and labels he feels deserve greater attention, Eli shares a personal selection shaped by his connection to the music and the people behind it. A mix built for discovery, with space for each track to contribute to the unfolding journey.
Mark Dempster presents Rituals #19 for 21C Progressive House, a 24-track selection connecting familiar favourites with fresh discoveries. Opening with Pablo Bolivar’s Recuerdos De Otra Edad (Reprise), the episode takes in music from Jamie Stevens, GMJ & Matter, Guy J, Julian Nates and Hobin Rude, alongside Junkie XL’s remix of Infusion’s Legacy and Oliver Lieb’s 2004 mix of L.S.G.’s Netherworld. Fractal Architect’s remix of Tam Mi’s Light brings this edition to a close.
The Racket Club welcomes Ben Wooding, a young UK DJ and producer whose mix brings complex textures, personality and character to the fore. Moving from deep, darker house through melody and groove driven prog, with a generous serving of breaks, Ben combines ambitious selection with detailed programming and precise execution. Brilliantly arranged, the mix unfolds with fluency and purpose, delivering a sonic breadth that makes this an exciting introduction to an emerging artist.
The Racket Club welcomes Birmingham-based DJ Paul BTW back into the clubhouse. Known for exploring the deeper and darker reaches of progressive house through his monthly Mind Therapy Radio show and his exclusive 21C Progressive House series, Discovery, Paul has created a patient, atmospheric mix that captures the sound of the early hours of a club night.
